Mark is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Chartered Structural Engineer committed to innovative and commercially engineered solutions.
Mark began his career undertaking bridge designs and assessments before moving to a national contractor. A subsequent spell with a major fabricator preceded his move to Portland in June 2004 as one of its first employees.
Mark has been a Director since 2006 and has become well known within the North East construction industry for providing a sensible, commercial approach to structural design, leading to economic design solutions in a wide range of sectors.
Mark has built up extensive retail, industrial, process and manufacturing experience with an impressive portfolio, giving him the ability to approach each project from a fresh perspective.
