Enslin Street

Project Summary

15 new apartments laid out over three floors to accommodate clients with learning disabilities and/or autism.

The redeveloped Enslin Street apartment block contains 15 apartments specially designed for residents with Learning Difficulties and/or Autism, with appropriate care and support services in place.   Comprising 12 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments alongside a shared communal residents lounge and external gardens.

Our Approach

Constructed on the overgrown site of the demolished Belmont Church in Walker, Enslin Street forming a three-storey assisted living apartment block.

The separate apartments all have their own entrances from the bright communal corridors, have options of one or two bedrooms and all have access to a shared communal area and support staff 24/7.
