We are pleased to announce that Senior Structural Engineer, Carl Beet, has become the latest shareholder within the business.
Carl’s appointment to the leadership team is testament to the impact he has had within the business over the 10 years at Portland. Throughout his tenure, Carl has consistently embodied the company’s core values at work – demonstrating a commitment to quality, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and a friendly, approachable manner with clients and colleagues
His dedication to continued professional development has also stood out. Over the years Carl has expanded his expertise beyond his strong technical foundation, developing impressive project management skills that have contributed to the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects. Most recently, Carl has developed strong structural leadership within the team, taking a more active role in training and developing others. He has been making increasing contributions to our business development activity, as he is well respected by our core clients.
Carl joins Managing Director Lee Barr, Civils Associate Stephen Hunter and Associate/Senior Structural Technician Mark Quigley as the consultancy’s shareholders.
