Consett Business Park

This 2500m2 sustainable commercial building is designed around a central circular atruium with two winges branching from it. The central atrium is the heart of the building providing an administration area, cafe and conference rooms, as well as the main circulation area. Designed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards.


Tanfield Lea

Client: Derwentside District Council

Project value: £6 million

This 40,000 sq ft of ce and workshop scheme has an unusual fan shaped plan reflecting from the curved site boundaries. The building is 3 stories high and the offices arrayed around a central top lit atrium. The project achieved BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standards.

Nuclear Business Unit : 7000m2 manufacturing facility with 18m eaves height and overhead cranes.


Sanofi Aventis Office

Client: Sanofi Aventis

Project value: £4.2 million

Extension to existing research facility. Including laboratories, administration areas, archiving facilities and secure corridor to restricted access spaces.


Derwenthaugh Ecoparc

Full design of waste treatment plant including steam autoclaves totalling 300t. Further appointments include various plant bases.


Bellway Office

Refurbishment of existing concrete and steel framed office building. To provide corporate headquarters.
