Portland Consulting Engineers is celebrating securing a place on both East and West lots of Great Places Housing Group’s new £750m ‘Innovation Chain North’ (ICN) Framework.
Portland has been appointed to deliver civil and structural engineering requirements over the next 4 years on the ICN Framework; designed to support the delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ very ambitious development programme but also those of other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.
Successfully selected onto the ICN framework based on technical competence, price and commitment to social value, Portland will be joining a total of 113 suppliers – 30 Contractors and 83 Consultants to deliver Great Places’ extensive development programmes and collective ambitions to tackle the housing crisis.
